Tecnopile is the result of an evolution that Pontetorto has continued since the company launched first in Italy the fabric into the market. The first experiments turned out to be long and arduous, aimed at achieving perfection. An idea followed by a true revolution that saw Pontetorto emerge as a leading player in the market.
 BASIC  The traditional fleeces for external layering. Whether melange or solid, textures or plain, we still achieve a beautiful velour for knitted outerwear. Treated with Teflon, these fleeces keep you dry during inclement weather and after many washings.
 These fabrics give you the greatest comfort for the lightest weight. In the manufacturing of our microfibers we use yarns whit more than 250 filaments in a space of half a millimeter. Packed tightly, these incredibly soft filaments give you the hand of cashmere. We think we have the most luxurious microfiber available. These fabrics are perfect for all base layering uses.
STRUCTURE  Casual apparel demands textures in today's fashion market. This TECNOPILE family offers you choices of courduroy, piques and prints.
DOUBLE  Use these fabrics for outerwear as they actually have their own lining attached. Certain qualities are water repellent with very high insulating power for every weather condition. Economical in manufacturing, because you do not need to cut a lining, these fabrics allow maximum comfort and activity.
SPECIAL  A family of fabrics constructed of branded fibers. Each fabric has excellent technical properties and is certified by the yarn company making the fiber. Superior in costruction, this group is composed of fabrics that combine polyester and lycra. Our goal is to give you a complete collection of fabrics with great stretch and recovery, allowing full body movement for all sport activities, no one else can give you so many flecce lycra choices.
Base layer fabrics are required to be wind resistant and lightweight, while allowing moisture vapor transmission. Our fabrics wick naturally; our combination of yarns on face and back balance the moisture so you stay dry.
